Nice idea for a forum
I came accross a report by John Vidal in the Guardian from early June, 2008 entitled 'Microgeneration could rival nuclear power, report shows' (

I've been to the DBERR website, but I'm not sure what report Mr Vidal is referring to - does anybody know if this is available on the web anywhere?
